He's about a year and a half old and is a charming mix of Lab and Pitty. Tux is a true snuggle bug who is happiest when he's near his people, soaking up all the cuddles and compliments. You'll often find him leaning against you for pets or flopping onto his back, paws in the air, just begging for tummy scratches.
Ideal Home
Tux would thrive in a home with patient, loving humans who appreciate a little goofiness. He enjoys the company of calm, friendly dogs with good manners and would be thrilled to have a chill canine buddy to romp around with in a fenced yard. Apartments are not his ideal setting; he prefers open spaces where he can stretch his legs and do his silly zoomies.
Ongoing Health
Tux is a healthy boy, and his adoption fee includes all vetting, vaccinations, microchip, and a health certificate deeming him healthy for travel.
Training & Support
Tux is working on his leash skills and prefers not to be on busy city sidewalks. He is already potty trained and sleeps through the night. His foster describes him as affectionate, hilarious, and a total sweetheart.

Tux is located in Texas, but we facilitate adoptions nationwide. Our rescue-run transport system ensures safe and comfortable travel with 24/7 care, with drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. You can track their journey in real time. Please note there is an $87 surcharge for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
