About Lacey

Lacey is a sweet, female, beagle mix weighing in at 48 lbs. She was surrendered by the owner when we found out she was heartworm positive. She is 5 years old and up to date on shots/vaccines, spayed, and microchipped. We have started her on medication to prepare her for her heartworm injections in about 30 days. PINC pays for these treatments. We are looking for an adopter that has experience with heartworm treatments. Lacey is sweet, laid back, loves to be with her person, and loves other dogs. We follow the American Heartworm Society's heartworm treatment plan and heartworm treatments are administered at Spay Neuter Clinic of the Carolinas. We will require a fenced-in backyard for Lacey.
