Mae 1533

Mae is an adult female mixed breed dog who is medium-sized and chocolate brown. She was rescued by Big Dog Ranch from another rescue in North Alabama after the owner was hospitalized, leaving the dogs in urgent need of help. Mae, along with 28 other dogs, was safely caught and secured by the Big Dog Ranch team after a nearly seven-hour rescue operation. Many of the dogs were scared and unsure but incredibly sweet and innocent. Now at Big Dog Ranch, Mae is safe and receiving much-needed medical care, nutritious meals, and plenty of love and patience. She is learning how to trust the K9 care staff and discovering that gentle pets, kind voices, and warm hugs can be a good thing.

Ideal Home

Mae is good with dogs. She is learning to walk on a leash for the first time.

Mae is spayed and vaccinated.
