Ritz

Say hello to Ritz! This big, handsome fella is estimated to be around 3 years old. Ritz was found as a stray in Boyne Falls and wandered for almost a week before being brought to safety. While he may look tough, Ritz is a big softie and can be a little nervous around new people. He tends to favor women, but with a little time and patience, he'll warm up to men too. Ritz seems to be housetrained, keeping his kennel very clean and not showing interest in destroying toys or bedding. He's unsure about other animals, not seeming to care for dominant male dogs, but he might do well with a more submissive dog. Ritz is extremely curious about cats, so we're not sure if a home with feline friends would be the best fit. This sweet boy is just looking for a chance and a loving family to call his own!

Ritz would do best in a home that can offer him patience as he adjusts to new people. He may do well with a submissive dog, but we are unsure how he would do with cats.
