Felicia and her sister Rayla are two wonderful girls who were rescued from a high-kill shelter as puppies and have been in foster care ever since. Felicia was initially shy around people, but with the help of her patient foster family, she has blossomed into a curious, friendly, and confident dog who does wonderfully at adoption events. Watching Felicia and Rayla play together, zooming around the yard and then cuddling up for a nap, is a true joy. They are a bonded pair and would do best going to a home together, bringing twice the entertainment and cuddles! Felicia is a small to medium-sized adult dog, weighing 30-35 lbs.
