Pio - The Old Soul Pup

Pio is a 56-month-old, 35-lb sweetheart with the soul of an old friend. Pio was found abandoned along a busy highway in Puerto Rico, where sadly, some of his siblings were hit by cars. Miraculously, this gentle boy survived. Despite the fear and loss he experienced, Pio's kind heart remained untouched. He's an incredibly calm puppy, content to simply be by your side, soaking up affection and quietly observing the world. He's gentle, loving, and has the sweetest way of leaning into you for pets, as if he's making up for all the love he missed. Pio chooses trust, greeting people with a soft, hopeful heart and seeking a safe place to belong. He has overcome the hardest part of his life and is now ready for the easy part – a family to love him, a cozy bed, and the promise that he'll never be alone again. He will repay your kindness with a lifetime of quiet loyalty and unconditional love.
