Dorothy

Meet Dorothy, a sweet and precious Blue-Tick Hound Mix! This approximately 1-year-old girl weighs around 30 lbs and is looking for a patient and loving family to help her blossom. Dorothy is still learning that human affection can be a source of comfort, and she may be timid at first. With kindness, consistency, and time, her true, wonderful personality will shine through. Building trust with Dorothy will be an incredibly rewarding experience, and she'll be so grateful for a home that lets her learn and grow at her own pace.

Ideal Home

Dorothy would thrive in a home that understands she needs time to build trust. She is good with dogs, but we recommend a meet and greet to ensure they're a good fit. Her behavior with cats and children is currently unknown.

Ongoing Health

Dorothy has no observed health issues at this time. She will require a sterilization and vaccination contract. Microchipping is preferred.

Training & Support

Dorothy will benefit from ongoing leash, potty, and basic training. She will also need Heartworm and 4DX testing.
