Lilly is a sweet and slightly timid Mountain Feist who warms up quickly once she realizes you're a friend! She and her pups once lived behind a mechanic's shop, surviving on scraps. After a couple of years in rescue, Lilly has learned to trust and is blossoming into a wonderful companion. Her absolute favorite thing is butt scratches – she'll wiggle and lean into you, eagerly awaiting her favorite spot to be adored. Lilly gets along with other dogs but prefers companions with medium to low energy, much like herself. She's a natural couch potato who would be content to nap and hang out most of the day, making her an ideal companion for senior owners or a quiet, low-energy household. She's also great with children and has been seen being led on leash by visiting youngsters.
Ideal Home
Lilly would thrive in a calm, mid to low-energy household, preferably with a senior or mature dog companion. She's content to be a couch potato and enjoys quiet companionship.
Ongoing Health
Lilly is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She is current on Simparica Trio for heartworm, flea, and tick prevention. She will receive a vet exam, negative fecal test, and a health certificate for travel.
Training & Support
Lilly is very well potty trained. She's an easy-to-manage dog who is gentle enough for children to handle.
