Meet Nina, a precious pup estimated to be around 2 years old. Nina is a true sweetheart with a body that's delightfully squishy and a face that will melt your heart. Her caramel-colored coat and adorable white markings make her a beauty, and her soulful eyes will draw you in. Nina's foster family is smitten with her loving nature; all she wants is to be loved and to shower her people with affection. She's a "respectful Velcro dog" who enjoys being near her humans, following them around and settling nearby. Her entire body seems to wiggle with happiness when she's excited, creating a charming full-body ripple.
Ideal Home
Nina would thrive in a home environment where she has space to be herself. While she enjoys the company of other dogs and can be a playful social butterfly, she also has a leadership style and may do best with calmer canine companions or as the sole furry resident. She can get excited and vocal around other dogs when on leash, so an apartment setting with frequent close encounters with unfamiliar dogs is not ideal. Nina has shown curiosity towards cats and polite behavior, and further testing can be arranged. While she hasn't been formally tested with children, her gentle and affectionate personality suggests she has great potential as a family dog.
Ongoing Health
Nina is up-to-date on all vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, and flea/heartworm prevention. She has been spayed and microchipped.
Training & Support
Nina can be a bit leash-reactive when she sees other dogs, sometimes barking or pulling out of excitement to investigate. Once proper introductions are made, she relaxes considerably. We are working with her on leash manners and positive reinforcement.
