JOEY

Meet Joey, a charming and energetic 2-year-old pup with stunning golden tan fur and captivating green eyes! Joey is a sweet and playful companion who absolutely adores being with his people. He loves to snuggle up close and is always up for a good walk. Joey currently lives with foster siblings and enjoys a bit of playful roughhousing with his larger foster sister. He's a smart cookie who walks well on a leash and already knows basic commands like SIT, STAY, and DOWN. He's also a polite eater, waiting patiently for his food until he's given the go-ahead. Joey is reliably crate trained for both workdays and nights, and he happily takes breaks outdoors for fresh air and a daily stroll. Inside, he's been a perfect gentleman, showing no destructive tendencies towards furniture.

Ideal Home

Joey would do best in a home without small pets. He would love to have another dog his size or larger to play with, but he would also be content as an only dog, enjoying all the attention for himself!

Ongoing Health

Joey is currently undergoing treatment for heartworm, but he is still very much adoptable and ready to find his forever family.

Training & Support

Joey is already well-versed in basic commands and is crate trained. He has not shown any destructive tendencies indoors.
