Roscoe

Roscoe is an 8-year-old, 26 lb bundle of fun, love, and snuggles, ready to find his forever family! He absolutely adores people and can't wait to make new friends. After a day of play and exploration, his favorite thing is to relax next to his person for some quality snuggle time. Roscoe is smart and eager to learn, and he's been working with a professional trainer to become the best boy he can be. He thrives with confident, consistent leadership and would love an active family.

Ideal Home

Roscoe would do best in a home with a securely fenced yard where he can safely burn off energy. He would also prefer a home where he won't be left alone for long hours, as he's making up for lost time after spending his first seven years mostly crated. His ideal home includes adults or patient teenagers (13+ years old) and other dogs. He is not a good fit for homes with cats or young children.

Ongoing Health

Roscoe has successfully overcome a lot, including surgery to remove mast cell tumors. He is otherwise healthy and happy and ready for his next chapter! He can get nervous at the vet, but he is making progress every day.

Training & Support

Roscoe thrives with confident, consistent leadership. He is making great progress with a professional trainer.
