Meet vom Mittelwest. We breed only 100% German bred German Shepherds, through the German SV breeding program. Puppy owners are really wanting the healthiest, best tempered shepherds for their families. We have been breeding German bred German Shepherds for 29 years. We are known and sought after for the special character of our shepherds. Bred for confidence, loyalty, and loving, social dispositions that make them outstanding service dogs, therapy dogs, and always very sought after for family homes, especially with young children and other pets in the home.  All of our shepherds are not only German bred, but also follow the German SV's strict, mandatory breeding requirements including temperament evaluation, screening, and certifications, health requirements and certifications for hips and elbows, etc. etc. There are about 15 requirements that each dog must be passed and certified through under mandatory rules and strict regulations before they are ever allowed to be approved and then considered for breeding. We additionally do DNA testing for DM with all of our breeding shepherds as well, prior to breeding, so our puppy owners never need to worry about their pets coming down with Degenerative Myelopathy when their dogs are in the prime of their life. These are the finest German bred shepherds in the world. The Germans have worked very diligently, to keep it this way for over 100 years of strict breeding regulations. Their character and temperament and health are second to none. Here in America, there are NO rules whatsoever, which is the reason why the breeds are completely trashed with health problems, terrible temperament issues, hip dysplasia, elbow problems, back problems, degenerative myelopathy, cancers, allergies, pancreas problems, eye disorders, etc. So much inbreeding and poor breeding. If one person has a shepherd with horrible temperament, they can breed it to another with hip dysplasia, and make more puppies and get more papers and and and, it is a free for all.
