Ari

Hello there! My name is Ari, and I'm a wonderfully sweet male American Bulldog mix with the most charming brown freckles on my ears and a smile that will melt your heart. I was born around January 21, 2019, and though I had a rough start, being found abandoned in a dire situation, The Artemis Project stepped in to give me a second chance at finding my happily ever after. Now, I'm enjoying proper meals, a cozy place to sleep, and the love of a foster family while I wait for my forever humans.

I'm a 55-pound ball of joy, always eager to please and a fast learner – proving that you can indeed teach an old dog new tricks! I get along well with other dogs, as long as they aren't too dominant, but I'd also be perfectly content to be the one and only canine star in your home. Humans of all ages are my absolute favorite, and I'm quite the sweetheart. I'm also a very clean boy and always keep my kennel spotless!

Ideal Home

I'm looking for a loving home where I can soak up all the affection. I would be happy as the sole dog or with a calm, non-dominant canine friend.

Ongoing Health

I am neutered, up-to-date on all my vaccinations and preventatives. I am currently undergoing slow-kill heartworm treatment, which The Artemis Project will continue to monitor and provide.

Training & Support

I am a clean boy who never has accidents in my kennel, which is a great start! I'm eager to please and a quick learner, so I'm sure we'll have a blast learning new things together.
