Meet Wilder!

This handsome boy is believed to be a Husky/Shepherd mix and around 2-3 years old. Wilder was found as a stray and was very scared when he first arrived at the shelter. He was understandably nervous, but thankfully, he was rescued and brought to a loving foster home. There, Wilder truly came out of his shell! He is incredibly dog-friendly and enjoys the company of his canine pals. He's already mastered leash manners, crate training, and is potty trained. Wilder absolutely adores having a fenced yard to play fetch and zoom around in. He's highly motivated by toys, which makes him a great candidate for training, but it also means he'd likely do best in a home without small animals. Wilder is an active pup who also has a wonderfully chill side. He's a quiet and easy-going companion who would make a fantastic adventure buddy for hikes or runs, and then happily relax on the couch with you afterwards.

Ideal Home

Wilder would love a home with a fenced yard where he can play and explore. Given his toy motivation, a home without small animals would be ideal.

Ongoing Health

Wilder is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and up to date on prevention. He has recently completed his heartworm treatment and is now ready for his forever home.

Training & Support

Wilder is leash trained, crate trained, and potty trained. He is toy motivated, which is a great asset for continued training and bonding.
