Meet Peter, a gentle and thoughtful companion who's ready to be your tiny sidekick! At around 2.5 years old and a perfect 21 pounds, Peter offers big charm in a small package. He's a soft-hearted boy who approaches new situations with a bit of caution, but with a little patience, treats, and gentle pets, he quickly warms up and becomes a loving shadow. He's content just being by your side, enjoying quiet affection.
Ideal Home
Peter would thrive in a home that understands that building trust takes time. He may do best with slightly older, more understanding children who can match his calm energy. He is adaptable and could do well in an apartment or a home with a yard.
Ongoing Health
Peter has received all his vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, and flea prevention. He has also been given a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative.
Training & Support
Peter walks nicely on leash and is described as being "cool, calm, and collected" around other dogs, preferring those who are also respectful of his space. He has been around a cat and did well, showing his usual calm nature. With proper introductions and continued guidance, he'll adjust well to new family members.
