Meet Uri! This handsome Lab/Pit Bull mix was rescued from Mississippi as part of the "Xena's Planetary Pups" program. Uri is a sweet, calm, and silly boy with the most captivating eyes. He's playful but also knows when it's time to relax, making him a wonderfully balanced companion. Uri has a heart full of love and is looking for a committed forever home to share it with.

Ideal Home

Uri loves people of all ages and sizes, and he's especially fond of older folks. He does well with children and is also dog and cat friendly. While he warms up to new people quickly, he does take a moment to feel comfortable.

Ongoing Health

Uri is neutered and up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations.

Training & Support

Uri is already crate trained and loves his crate, happily using it for naps and sleeping through the night. He's making great progress with housetraining and will need continued, consistent practice to perfect his routine. He is curious and respectful around other dogs, happy to do his "sniffies" and explore without being intrusive.
