Evie

Evie is a delightful young lady, just under a year old, who is ready to find her forever family. She's past the rambunctious puppy phase and is already a pro at crate training, sleeping through the night, and is reliably potty trained. Evie is a medium- to low-energy dog, perfectly content with shorter walks as she enjoys sniffing her surroundings. Her coat is a dream to maintain – she's a minimal shedder, easily bathed at home, and requires no brushing. Evie's clear or white nails are also easy to manage yourself, and she's even comfortable with dremmeling. At around 26-28 pounds, she's the ideal size – manageable yet ready for adventure. She forms strong bonds with her people but isn't overly clingy, making her a wonderful companion. Evie has a fantastic track record with other dogs of all sizes and ages, and she's also heartworm negative. Plus, she's incredibly photogenic, sure to make your holiday cards shine!

Ideal Home

Evie does have a fondness for socks, so her ideal home will be diligent about keeping laundry put away to prevent any "sock updates."

Training & Support

Evie is house-trained and crate-trained. She is working on her sock-fetching skills and would benefit from adopters who can help her redirect this behavior.
