Max

Max has been with us for over two years, and during that time, he's made incredible strides! When he first arrived, he was quite dependent on his former housemate and needed support to build his own confidence. With consistent training and a structured environment, Max has blossomed into a well-adjusted, social dog who knows his basic commands and gets along well with other dogs. He's a friendly and affectionate boy who is great with children and might even do well with a cat who understands doggy etiquette.

Ideal Home

Max would be happiest in a home with a securely fenced yard where he can safely explore and relax. He's not comfortable on leash walks, so a yard is a must for his exercise and enjoyment.

Ongoing Health

Max is neutered, fully vetted, and microchipped. He is up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, has been de-wormed, heart-worm tested, and treated if necessary.

Training & Support

Max knows his basic commands and does well with other dogs. While he's made great progress, he's still working on his comfort with leash walking. A patient and understanding owner will help him continue to thrive.
