She was found discarded and left to fend for herself, but is now learning what it means to be safe, cared for, and loved. Her breed mix is a guess, and she's smaller than she appears in photos. Cagney is curious, eager to learn, and enjoys all the simple joys of puppyhood. She's looking for a family committed to helping her become the amazing dog she's meant to be.
