Honey

Honey is as sweet as her namesake, and she has quickly become a volunteer favorite! When Honey first arrived, she was very scared and would cower at loud noises or sudden movements. However, she has blossomed into the most wonderful, friendly, and loving dog, continuing to blow us away with her resilience. Honey charms everyone she meets with her sweet and silly personality. She'll greet you with a flop for belly rubs and have you smiling in seconds. She absolutely loves other dogs, and her play style is gentle and she reads cues well. She did fantastic meeting our resident cats and is wonderful with children. She is also crate trained. Honey is young, about a year old, and a great size at around 35lbs. She's guessed to be a pit/Chesapeake Bay Retriever mix with beautiful brindle markings on her golden fur. Don't miss out on meeting this amazing little lady!
