Thankfully, rescue stepped in, and those difficult days are now behind him. Despite everything he's been through, Luca has remained one of the most loving boys you'll ever meet. Whether it's gentle pets, belly rubs, or simply keeping you company, Luca is happiest when he's close to his people. He's doing well in his crate and is making great progress with his leash skills every day. Luca is eager to learn and just wants someone who will be patient and continue helping him build his confidence. He also gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would enjoy having a canine companion, though he'd be just as happy soaking up all the attention himself. Luca would love a home where he can be close to his people and receive plenty of affection. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would enjoy having a canine companion, but he'd also be happy to be the sole focus of your attention.

Luca is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and has tested negative for heartworm.
Training & Support
Luca is doing well in his crate and is making great progress with his leash skills. He is eager to learn and would benefit from continued patience and positive reinforcement to help him build his confidence.
