Meet Toasty Buttercup, our sweet little sausage with a heart of gold! She's a gentle, affectionate, and calm girl who loves everyone she meets, from kids to adults. Toasty's beautiful golden eyes and squishy build make her an instant charmer, and she's always ready for a cuddle. She's a well-behaved companion, proving herself to be a seasoned road-trip professional and a queen on leisurely walks.

Ideal Home

Toasty would do best in a home with another calm, relaxed dog, but she's also happy to be your one-and-only. She's not looking for constant excitement, but rather family movie nights, slow walks, and sunny afternoons.

Ongoing Health

Toasty is up-to-date on all her vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable. She has also had a heartworm test and treatment if needed.

Training & Support

Toasty is eager to please and loves treats! She already knows how to sit, walks well on a leash, is comfortable in her crate, and has great house manners. Her love for treats and eagerness to please will make any additional training enjoyable.

Transporation

Toasty is located in the Houston area. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. There is an $87 surcharge for transport. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
