Sebastian, a 9-week-old male Chihuahua/Terrier mix, is a little guy with a big heart. Found abandoned with his siblings in Houston, Sebastian has quickly become the resident snuggler in his foster home. He's a gentle, loving pup who prefers quiet cuddles to boisterous play and is sure to win over anyone looking for a soft-hearted best friend.
Ideal Home
Sebastian will do well with children, cats, and other dogs, provided introductions are gentle and supervised. It's important that any resident pets are experienced and gentle with very small dogs due to Sebastian's tiny size. He needs a home where someone is present most of the time, as puppies cannot be left alone for long periods. If you work outside the home for more than 4 hours, we will consider your application only if another adult is available to care for him during the day.
Ongoing Health
As Sebastian is a puppy, he is still learning and growing. His exact breed mix and adult size are unknown, so adopters should be prepared for some mystery and puppy surprises.
Training & Support
Sebastian is still working on potty and crate training. He will need consistent training, frequent potty breaks, positive reinforcement, and plenty of patience from his new family. Puppies thrive with structure, routine, and supervision.
