And yes!!!... cats OK!

He was easily paired at the shelter... While on walks, he does nothing other than lift his head up to smell as we walk past a dog... not bothered at all by my neighbors, dogs that roam freely

in fact, the only time he's barked is if I don't get his food in the bowl quick enough and then it's more of a howl
