About Marvin

Meet Marvin! This sweet, sensitive boy can be a bit of a wallflower at first, taking his time to warm up to new people and environments. While he's initially timid, Marvin never barks or growls, preferring to hide behind his foster mom when feeling unsure. Despite his initial shyness with humans, he absolutely LOVES meeting new dog friends! Marvin was very attached to his biological sister, and after she found her forever home, he transferred his affections to his foster sister, with whom he loves to play tag during their zoomie sessions.

Once Marvin's shell cracks open, he's a playful pup who adores his toys, especially squeaky ones! He does have a tendency to try and eat rope toys, so these should only be given under supervision. He also enjoys relaxing with his humans, not necessarily for intense snuggles, but more for quiet companionship on the couch while watching TV. With the people he trusts, Marvin is an energetic and peppy pup!

Ideal Home

Marvin would thrive in an active home with at least one doggy friend and no children or cats. He is not aggressive towards them, but he is easily intimidated. He would also love a home that enjoys long walks and plenty of playtime to help him burn off his puppy energy.

Ongoing Health

Marvin is 4 months old as of April 2026. He has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Marvin is doing wonderfully with potty training, consistently going to the door when he needs to go outside and having no recent accidents. He is also well-behaved in his crate, both overnight and during the day. While he's adapted well in his foster home, he may need a little time to adjust to a new routine and environment in his forever home.
