Meet Bertie, the sweet and spunky undercover star! This approximately 1-year-old male Cattle Dog mix is a shy pup who is still learning that the world isn't so scary. While it might take him a little time to warm up, with patience and love, Bertie's true personality shines through, full of heart, energy, and playful charm. He lives for squeaky toys and is always up for a game of fetch when he's feeling brave. Bertie does especially well with other dogs and seems to come out of his shell more easily when he's part of a confident pack, especially if humans aren't the center of attention.

Bertie will thrive in a quieter home with patient adopters who understand that building trust takes time. He is not a fit for chaotic or high-traffic environments.
