Moose

Meet Moose, a handsome 1-year-old Pit Bull Terrier mix who weighs in at a sturdy 52 pounds! Moose is a super sweet and affectionate boy who absolutely adores people and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. He's also quite curious about cats, though they might not always return his friendly overtures.

When he's not busy showering you with affection, Moose enjoys a variety of activities. He's a fan of outings to coffee shops, loves going for car rides, and can't resist a long, sniffy walk. His favorite pastimes include playing with squeaky plush toys, soaking up the sun, and, of course, getting plenty of belly rubs.

Moose is a smart cookie who is already potty and kennel trained. He knows commands like place, sit, down, middle, paw, wait, and free, and he thrives with structure and learning. He's currently working on his loose-leash walking skills and is making great progress. While he's improving every day, squirrels can still get him incredibly excited, and he sometimes forgets his manners in his eagerness to make new friends!

Moose would thrive with an active family who loves the outdoors and wants to include him in all their life's adventures. He needs a family who will continue to provide him with guidance and structure.
