She is essentially a custom-built, velvet-soft weighted blanket for all your binge-watching needs. If you've been looking for a shadow to follow you from the kitchen to the couch, complete with some magnificently goofy ears that have a personality of their own, she's your girl! While she's a champion cuddler inside, she is also an absolute leash-walking pro and a polite guest when she's out exploring the neighborhood. Lemon Cake is a beautiful 62 lb Pitbull mix masterpiece! She's a sturdy gal with a heart that's twice as big as her chest. She is the perfect size for long car rides, big hugs, and taking up exactly half of your bed, or all of it – she's not picky!
Ideal Home
Lemon would prefer a home where she isn't left alone for too long, as she definitely misses her fan club when they're gone. She would be a fantastic match for a home with another medium to low-energy dog who respects her space, but she's also perfectly content being your one and only queen! She would really love a home with a yard where she can sniff the roses.
Ongoing Health
Lemon Cake is a healthy girl and has received all her vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, and flea prevention.
Training & Support
Lemon is crate trained, knows her "sit," and is highly motivated by treats. She knows the front door is the portal to the potty and is ready to go as soon as the leash is on. While she hasn't spent much time around cats, we can arrange a kitty sleepover to see if she's ready for a purring roommate.

Transporation
Lemon Cake is located in Texas and can be transported to various locations across the U.S. and Canada through our rescue run USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area. A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.
