Yasmin

My name is Yasmin, and I'm an 11-month-old, 27-pound bundle of joy looking for my forever family! I'm a smart, sweet, curious, and eager-to-please pup with a spunky personality and a big smile. I love to cuddle, play, and explore, and I can't wait to be your loyal companion. I was transferred to Wayside from KC Pet Project due to overcrowding and have been enjoying my time here, but I'm ready for a home of my own. I love making people laugh with my silly puppy antics and have a zest for life that's infectious!

Ideal Home

I need an active adopter who can keep up with my energy! A securely fenced yard would be wonderful for playtime and exploration. I've lived happily with another dog and a dog-savvy cat in my foster home, and I enjoy playing with other dogs. If you have children, I'd love for them to meet me beforehand to ensure we're a good fit, especially if they are between 6 and 9 years old. Bringing your resident dog to meet me before adoption is also recommended to ensure we can be buddies.

Ongoing Health

I'm a healthy girl and have no known ongoing health conditions.

Training & Support

I'm already housebroken and crate-trained, and I know some basic commands. I thrive with positive reinforcement, patience, and praise, and I'm a super quick learner. Continuing my training will help me succeed and make you proud! I do need plenty of daily exercise to stay happy and calm.
