Reggie

Reggie is a wonderful, people-focused boy who is ready to find his forever home! He was a stray who found his way to us and, after a successful adoption that lasted nine months, was returned due to an incident involving collar handling. Despite these bumps in the road, Reggie's loving spirit shines through. He's a fantastic companion who enjoys playtime and snuggling up for couch naps. He's also a pro at car rides, crate-trained, and reliably alerts when he needs to go outside.

Ideal Home

Reggie would do best in a home where he can have his own space initially. He needs slow, structured introductions to any resident dogs after a proper decompression period, as he hasn't had formal dog testing outside the shelter environment. We're unsure how he would do with cats.

Ongoing Health

Reggie is currently undergoing a veterinary assessment for an eye condition and is likely blind in one eye. All necessary medical care will be provided.

Training & Support

Reggie is already crate trained, house trained, and leash trained. He previously lived with an adult and child and was described as playful and outgoing.
