Parker aka Leo

Parker, a young male American Staffordshire Terrier mix, is a sweet boy who needs a little extra patience to build trust. He was unfortunately caught with a catch pole at a shelter, which has made him a bit hesitant, but he's showing great progress with his foster family. Parker is a large dog with black and white/cream coloring and medium-length fur.

Ideal Home

Parker would do best in a home where he can continue to feel safe and build confidence. His foster family is working with him on trusting people, so a patient and understanding environment is key.

Parker is neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Parker is not yet house-trained. He is still learning to trust, so consistent positive reinforcement and a calm demeanor will be essential for his continued development.
