Meet Roo!

Roo is a smart and spirited cattle dog mix who is ready to find her perfect match. She has all the incredible traits of her breed – loyal, eager to be involved in everything you do, and always ready for the next adventure. As of July 10th, Roo is estimated to be 4 months old and weighs 19lbs. She is a bundle of energy and love, waiting for a family to share her life with.

Ideal Home

Roo needs an active home with owners who have experience with cattle dogs. She is not a good fit for first-time dog owners or for apartment living. A fenced yard is a must, and she would absolutely thrive in a home with another playful, energetic dog who can match her energy. She needs a family committed to providing her with plenty of physical and mental exercise.

Ongoing Health

Roo is up-to-date on vaccinations and has been spayed. She is healthy and ready for her forever home.

Training & Support

Roo is mostly house-trained and fully crate-trained. While she isn't a fan of going into her crate initially, she settles down quickly and does well once inside. She is not destructive, especially when her mind and body are kept busy. Continued training and enrichment will help her reach her full potential.

Transporation
