Sheldon is a handsome golden Terrier mix who is hoping his shelter stay is a short one! He was found at the end of May after being dumped in a city dog park with his sibling. When he first arrived, he was scared, confused, and unsure of the world around him. However, Sheldon is blossoming more each day and showing more of his true personality! Once comfortable, he is playful, silly, and full of personality. He's the perfect medium size at only 45 lbs and is a total lap dog who loves attention. Sheldon enjoys toys and playtime and would love a friendly, playful canine companion to share his days with. He was initially scared of cats when introduced, but with a slow and proper introduction, he would likely do well with them. Sheldon is still learning basic manners and leash walking, but he is eager to bond with someone willing to help him build confidence.
