Once

Meet Once! Once (pronounced "on-say," meaning 11 in Spanish) is a young, energetic, and social puppy approximately 5-6 months old. He was rescued with his sister, Dose, and currently weighs about 28 lbs. Once is expected to mature into a smaller medium-sized dog, likely between 35-40 lbs. He absolutely loves to be active – running, jumping, and playing! While he hasn't quite mastered fetch, he'll enthusiastically chase after anything you throw, though getting it back might be a challenge! Once is very friendly with people and is still figuring out how to interact with other dogs. He's recently joined a foster home with three other dogs, and we're working on his socialization skills, as well as teaching him basic doggy manners like leash walking and adapting to a home routine. He has an abundance of love to share! His soft coat and warm eyes are sure to capture your heart, and the subtle tan spots on his ears are a testament to the unique beauty of mixed breeds from the island. Once will make a wonderful companion, but he is still very much a puppy, so patience and consistent training will be essential as he grows into adulthood.
