Mimi is a sweet and resilient 5-year-old, 38 lb female American Staffordshire Terrier mix who was rescued after being left behind in a house in Matamoros, Mexico. Despite arriving severely underweight and covered in ticks and fleas, Mimi maintained her loving spirit. Today, she's a happy, playful, and affectionate girl who adores human companionship and is social with other dogs. She can live with cats with proper introductions and supervision. Mimi is active, funny, and full of love, with a gentle, good-natured temperament that makes her eager to please. She's incredibly grateful for kindness and is looking for a family to cherish.
