He was initially in a program to become a service dog, and while he received some basic obedience training, he found public life a bit too overwhelming. Now, Gus is looking for a calmer environment where his laid-back vibes can truly shine. He's a softie who thrives in a quiet home and enjoys the company of mellow canine friends.

Gus would do best in a home with older children or adults who can appreciate his gentle nature. He also gets along well with other dogs, provided they share his calm demeanor.
