Hope

Hope is a delightful 2-year-old, 30-pound American Staffordshire Terrier mix with a personality as big as her heart! She's spayed, fully vaccinated, and up-to-date on all preventatives, making her all set for her new home. While a bit shy initially, Hope quickly blossoms into a playful and independent spirit, ready to entertain you with her toy-hoarding antics. She enjoys a good romp but is also content to relax by your side. Hope walks well on a leash, though squirrels might tempt her to pull a bit, and she's a fantastic car companion. At home, she's house-trained, crate-trained for up to six hours, and can be trusted to free-roam. She has no issues with food aggression or resource guarding, and we have no history of her with cats.

Ideal Home

Hope would do best in a home with older, dog-savvy children (12+) as she can get a little jumpy and mouthy when excited.

Training & Support

Hope is house-trained and crate-trained. She is still learning to be gentle during play and is very food-motivated, making her eager to learn with the right guidance.

Transporation

Hope is located in Texas and can be transported to approved adopters. Transports run every few weeks. If you are not able to accept a dog until a specific time period, please apply at that time.
