Rue

Rue is a beautiful 4 1/2-year-old, 65 lb lady with a gorgeous red coat. She came to us with her friend Scooby when their owner faced homelessness. While they're currently bunking together, they don't need to be adopted as a pair. Rue is well-cared for and has a heart of gold, testing negative for heartworm and being housebroken. She's friendly with dogs and children, but she does need an active lifestyle to keep up with her energetic spirit!

Ideal Home

Rue would thrive in an active home where she can get plenty of exercise.

Ongoing Health

Rue has tested negative for heartworm and is in good health. She has been spayed, is up-to-date on vaccines, and is microchipped.

Training & Support

Rue is housebroken and gets along well with dogs and children. As with any dog, continued positive reinforcement and training will help her continue to be a well-adjusted companion.
