Meet Popi, the happiest little survivor! Popi was abandoned on a rooftop with two other dogs and was thankfully rescued. She has received much-needed vet attention and nourishment and has been beaming with joy since arriving at the shelter. Popi is learning to walk on a leash and is extremely friendly, social, and full of gratitude. She is ready for a loving and stable home where she will never be forgotten again. Transportation

Popi is located in Puerto Vallarta and can be transported to you. Approved adopters are matched with flight companions. If a Canadian flight companion is unavailable, Popi may fly into the US and be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border. Volunteers regularly assist in bringing dogs to adopters at the border.
