Palomo

Palomo is a handsome 2.5-year-old Husky mix with a heart full of love, despite a challenging start in life. He and his siblings once wandered with their mother, surviving on scraps, and he even weathered a hurricane before finding sanctuary in Puerto Vallarta. Now, Palomo is ready to trade his past for a bright future and is searching for his forever home. He’s a playful pup who enjoys cuddles, though he can be a little reserved with new people and doesn't always like to be rushed. Palomo is a smart boy who would thrive in a home with plenty of outdoor space, perhaps where he can run and explore freely.

Ideal Home

Palomo would do best as the only dog in the household, as he can be selective with his canine friends. While he generally tolerates cats, he sometimes shows a bit too much enthusiasm. He would prefer a home with outdoor space, as he is not accustomed to city living, though he is unfazed by passing cars, trucks, and even cows.

Ongoing Health

Palomo is neutered, healthy, and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Palomo is a smart boy who enjoys a good cuddle. He is still learning about the world and would benefit from a patient and understanding owner who can help him continue to gain confidence.
