Shades

Shades is a sweet 9-year-old, 80-pound lady with a heart of gold. She and her siblings found themselves in a tough spot when their owner moved and couldn't take them along. After feeling a bit down from being abandoned, Shades is blossoming in a loving foster home. She's not one to demand attention, but she truly cherishes affection from her people. She gets along wonderfully with her foster cat and dog siblings, proving she's a calm, mellow girl ready to open her heart and home to a new family.

Ideal Home

Shades would thrive in a home where she can continue to feel safe and loved. She's already shown she can coexist peacefully with other dogs and cats, and is good with kids.

Ongoing Health

Shades is on medication for Cushing's disease.

Training & Support

Shades is house-trained and knows basic commands. She's a gentle soul who just needs a little time and love to adjust.
