Bean Laker is a charming 4-month-old pup, weighing around 25 pounds. We believe he might be a mix of Pit Bull and Staffordshire Terrier, but in rescue, these things are always a best guess! What's not a guess is how incredibly adorable and deserving he is. Bean comes to us from an area with a critical overpopulation problem, where shelters unfortunately have to make heartbreaking decisions. By choosing Bean, you're not only saving his life but also creating an opportunity to save another pup in need.

He's a bundle of playful energy, sweetness, curiosity, and cuddles. Bean loves roughhousing with his siblings and enjoying well-deserved naps. His days are a delightful cycle of eat, sleep, and play – the perfect puppy life! We're dedicated to providing thorough personality and behavioral insights to help ensure Bean is the right fit for your family. You can even schedule a Facetime call to meet him before finalizing any paperwork.
Ideal Home
Bean is still very young and will thrive in a home committed to dedicated training, socialization, and all the love and attention that puppyhood requires. Puppies learn and grow with every new experience, so a family that can provide consistent routine, structure, clear boundaries, and proper socialization from the start will help shape him into a well-rounded adult dog.
Ongoing Health
Bean is a healthy puppy and has received all necessary vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. He has also been tested for heartworm and will receive treatment if needed.
Training & Support
Bean will need a family dedicated to his training and socialization. We require all adopters to commit to crate training from day one, which aids in potty training, energy management, and overall development. Our on-site trainers work with all our dogs on crate training, potty training, and leash walking to prepare them for their forever homes.
