This golden coated girl turns into a total velcro dog, sticking by your side whether you're crushing emails in the office or unwinding on the couch. She's joyful, tender, and worth every second of the wait. We think Monarch is a gorgeous Labrador and Malinois mix! Tipping the scales at a perfect 40 pounds, she is in that "just right" size category. She's a medium sized beauty who is big enough for real deal hugs but compact enough that she won't take up the whole couch during your movie marathons! Monarch has been thriving in her foster home and has proven to be a total professional when it comes to kennel life! She is quiet and patient in her crate, making her a wonderful office mate or roommate. She's also a seasoned traveler who handles car rides like a pro. She is a smart cookie who is incredibly food motivated, making her an absolute dream for anyone who enjoys the bonding experience of training and teaching new tricks!
Ideal Home
Monarch is looking for a home with a fenced in yard where she can zoom and explore safely. She's a girl who loves her boundaries and her routine, so a house rather than a busy apartment would suit her best. She prefers to keep things "canines and humans only," so a cat-free home is a must. She does great with confident, aloof dogs who give her space to sniff and say hello at her own pace. She's a perfect match for a home with a medium to low energy dog who can show her the ropes, or she can thrive just as well as your one and only.

- You will meet your pet through a video call before adoption is finalized.
- The adoption fee is $1,200 and includes all vetting, vaccinations, spay/neuter, flea prevention, heartworm preventative, microchip, a Martingale collar, a health certificate, cost of transport, and years of love and loyal companionship.
- Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
Transporation
We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Transport includes drop off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada. A $87 surcharge applies for transportation.
