Kalel is a handsome 5-year-old German Shepherd, weighing in at 66 lbs. He was rescued from a high-kill shelter and is now eagerly awaiting his second chance at a loving forever home. Kalel is an intelligent, engaged, and social dog who thrives on being a part of everything around him. He shows a keen interest in his environment and is friendly and appropriate when meeting new people. He walks wonderfully on a leash, making your strolls a pleasure, and absolutely loves spending quality time with his humans. Kalel is both playful and curious, always up for an adventure or some fun, but he also has a sweet side and readily accepts affection, treats, and pets. He's the kind of companion who will form a strong bond with his person and be a loyal, steadfast friend.
