Exuma

Exuma is a 3-year-old, 40 lb bundle of love who has overcome incredible adversity. She was found with severe ear infections and puncture wounds from an attack by other dogs, and sadly, her previous owners had even attempted to cut off her ear flaps. After undergoing TECA surgery, Exuma is on the road to recovery and ready to find her forever home. She's a calm and affectionate dog who doesn't ask for much – just a comfortable place to rest. You might find her in her favorite spot, head down and rear end in the air, a quirky and endearing habit. Exuma is wonderfully sweet and submissive with other dogs, adores children, and gets along great with cats.

Ideal Home

Exuma would thrive in a home where she can relax and feel safe. She's already shown she's great with kids, cats, and dogs, so she could fit into many family dynamics.

Ongoing Health

Exuma recently underwent TECA surgery for her ears and is recovering well.

Training & Support

Exuma is house-trained. Her gentle and loving nature means she's a joy to have around.
