Rayo - The Ray of Sunshine

Rayo was found on the side of a highway in Puerto Rico with his sister, beside their deceased mother and siblings. It's a heartbreaking scene no puppy should ever experience. Thankfully, rescuers found him before his story ended the same way. Today, Rayo is safe in a foster home and is absolutely thriving.

Despite everything he's been through, Rayo is one of the most affectionate puppies you'll ever meet. He loves everyone – kids, cats, dogs, strangers, and friends. If you're willing to love him, he's willing to love you right back. He is incredibly cuddly and happiest curled up next to his people, with a goofy, playful personality that keeps everyone smiling. Rayo is still putting on a little weight after his rough start, but every day he grows stronger, healthier, and more confident. What hasn't changed is his sweet nature. He seems genuinely grateful for every meal, every toy, every soft bed, and every cuddle.

Ongoing Health

Rayo is still gaining weight after his rough start, but is growing stronger, healthier, and more confident daily. He is vaccinated.

Rayo is house-trained and generally loves everyone.
