"Handsome. Stunning blue eyes. Confident." Meet Tobby, a 3-year-old who arrived at the shelter with another dog. Tobby takes treats gently and appears to be house trained. He resembles a Husky breed, but DNA testing would need to be done. He's described as a confident dog, approachable and well-mannered.
