Dottie Sue is a 2-year-old, 33 lb pittie mix who is pure sunshine in canine form! She's all wiggles, kisses, confidence, and enthusiasm, with a personality that instantly lights up any room. Dottie Sue is an incredibly entertaining character who invents her own games, like throwing a ball for herself and then chasing it – it's a joy to watch! She's sweet, silly, athletic, and deeply affectionate, fully committing to everything she does. She approaches new people, places, and adventures with a delightful confidence, making her an easy companion for any ride. Dottie Sue absolutely adores people and will greet guests with enthusiastic kisses and a disregard for personal space – consider the couch an invitation for snuggles! Her favorite hobby is anything involving balls, and she also loves tug toys, durable chew toys, and has a knack for "deconstructing" stuffed animals.
Ideal Home
Dottie Sue would thrive in an active home with a securely fenced yard and plenty of opportunities for adventure. She would do best with older children as her enthusiastic nature might accidentally knock over very young ones. A home without cats would be ideal, as she can get overly excited and mistake their corrections for play invitations.

Dottie Sue has no known ongoing health conditions. She is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all vaccinations and preventative care.
Training & Support
Dottie Sue is crate trained, potty trained, and rides wonderfully in the car. She walks well on leash and handles new situations with confidence. While she settles nicely after exercise, she has a high energy level and benefits from multiple walks and playtime daily. She has a wonderful off-switch once her physical and mental needs are met.

Dottie Sue is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide via USDA-certified transport. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada. A surcharge of $87 applies for transport. Texas adopters must pick up in the Houston area.
