Meet Baby, a sweet, silly, and incredibly loving senior Chihuahua mix. Her life recently took a turn, and she's adjusting to a new normal. Baby was rescued as a tiny pup herself after a frightening experience, and her devoted owner cared for her fiercely for years. Sadly, her owner could no longer provide care and made the difficult decision to find Baby a loving new home. Despite a past trauma that causes pain in her hind legs when picked up, she quickly trusts and feels comfortable when handled gently.

Baby would thrive in a quiet home, and she prefers an adult-only environment.

Ongoing Health

Baby experiences pain in her hind legs, which can cause her to flail when being picked up. She has been spayed and vaccinated.

Baby needs a patient adopter who will handle her gently, especially when picking her up.
