Arlo

Arlo is a 6-year-old, friendly guy with a curious spirit and a love for being involved in whatever’s happening around him. He enjoys exploring on walks, checking out new smells, and playing with toys. The shelter staff and volunteers say he’s a joy to be around, and he genuinely enjoys people (of all ages)! Arlo is always up for some activity—whether that’s a walk, playtime, or learning something new—but he also appreciates downtime. After a fun day, he’s happy to curl up for a nap or settle in close for some quiet snuggle time. Being near his people is where he’s happiest. Arlo was the best adventure buddy on a hike, courteous to other people on the trail, and seemed very trainable, knowing "sit." He enjoyed car rides with his head out the window and was gentle with children who wanted to pet him.
